Snow, what? Feb. 11, 2010

Life happens, and sometimes you forget about your blog! I haven't really forgotten, it's just been more and more difficult to find the time and energy to post updates. I've been spending a great deal of my evening hours sewing & creating. It seems like orders come all at once. I go for a couple of weeks without anything, then I'll get a few orders all in one week! It keeps me busy, and I actually look forward to my crafty alone time. :)

Now onto what we've been up two for the past few days....SNOW! What a beautiful surprise it was to wake up on Thursday morning to so much snow. And it continued to snow all day long! Tucker was so excited, and couldn't believe his eyes when he realized that his backyard toys were all covered in snow! I snapped a couple of pictures, then he was off to school. As soon as we got home later that day, we bundled up and headed outside for playing! Our neighbor friends joined us, and what a special treat it was! Tucker and Alexandra had snowball fights and made snow angels. Macy bawled the entire time. She is so not a cold weather person! I guess she gets that from me. After about 15 minutes, Tucker was also asking to go inside because he was freezing. So, indoors we went to put Macy down for a nap and to warm up over a cup of hot chocolate. Then, Tucker and I decided to head back outdoors to build us a snowman!
