Baking with Tucker, Round 2

Since we had so much fun baking cookies last month, we decided to make homemade Halloween treats for Tucker's friends (and Momo, Papaw, & Daddy of course). Tucker had been asking me about making the pumpkin cakes and cookies since I bought the molds several weeks ago. Halloween was the day. The plan was for Tucker to go down for a nap, we would then bake when he woke up, which would give us just enough time to ice and package the treats for his neighborhood friends before heading out for trick-or-treating. Well, Tucker had other plans. He never napped, despite my desperate efforts of loading up the kids in the car and going for a drive. That usually works every time, but he was just too excited about the Halloween festivities yet to come. Regardless of no nap, he was pretty well behaved, and we had loads of fun. Memories made. Goal accomplished.
