Not Me Monday!

Of course I did not leave clean clothes on the dresser instead of putting them away on Friday when I took them out of the dryer. And of course they are not still sitting there come Monday morning.

Of course I did not spend the three days in bed with the flu surfing the Internet for frivolous things like boutique style baby clothing and Curious George costumes for Tucker's birthday party. Nor did I spend hours trying to educate myself of all the different cloth diaper options, only to decide that it seems like too much work, even though I'd love to do my part to help the environment. Welcome, two jumbo sized boxes of Luvs diapers purchased at Target yesterday!

Never would I allow Tucker to sleep in my bed just because I'm too tired to go through the hour routine of him sleeping in his own room. And never would I bring Macy to bed with me when she wakes up crying in the middle of the night.

I did not notice how badly my floors need to be washed, despite the three sticky spots that my feet keep sticking to.

Of course there is not an unopened gingerbread house kit sitting on the kitchen counter. And of course Tucker has not asked to build it everyday since the 2 weeks before Christmas when we first bought it.

I would never keep myself awake at night wondering if Tucker has ADHD, or if it really is just a "toddler thing." :)

I am not ignoring the mountain of medical bills from Macy's surgery, and I am not worrying about money because we just have tons of it already!
