Macy Updates

Macy starting running fever Friday night. I took her to the Dr. on Saturday morning and she tested negative for both strep and flu...thank goodness! The Dr. did say that her throat was really red, she had 101 something, and she does have a cough much like Tucker's. Apparently the in-lab strep test is 90% accurate, so they are sending it off for further testing. Later in the day, Macy's temp spiked to 104! So as you can imagine, it's been a weekend full of caring for sick babies. Her temp is now down to 100, and she seems to be feeling better this morning. Tucker is still sleeping...I'm hoping that he wakes up feeling much better as well.


At 10.5 months Macy:

• Waves hi and bye bye
• Regularly says mama. She sometimes says dada, bubba, and baba (bottle) and repeats other words
• Says uh-ohohohoh when she drops something
• Repeats/says NoooNoooNooooo with a very serious expression on her face!
• Is eating lots of table foods, and CHOCOLATE CAKE, as you'll see once I get the chance to post Tucker's b-day party pics! :)
• Loves giving slobbery and suck face kisses
• Babbles constantly
• Is such a happy baby girl!
