Yesterday was Macy's 1 year check-up. Her stats:
80% length (30 inches)
30% weight (19 lbs 14 oz)
70% head
1 year visit means vaccinations and blood work, which Miss Macy Moo hates. We had a bit of a scare when the pediatrician's office called later in the day requesting that we call them back ASAP regarding Macy's blood work. The nurse put me directly through to the Dr. It turns out that Macy has low iron, borderline anemic. This is rather odd considering her formula has added iron? She will begin taking an iron supplement and will return for more blood tests in a few weeks.
Besides the iron issue, Macy is perfectly healthy and developing wonderfully!

Hi! Hopefully the iron issue will get resolved quickly. I loved reading your updates.
My Walker is a terrible eater, too. He will ONLY eat certain foods and I just have to rotate them around. I might also add they are not the best, healthiest meals by any means...BUT hey, you do what you gotta do.
