First Soccer Game: Go GATORS!

Tucker's first ever soccer game was last night. It was SO much fun- lots of laughing, cheering, high fives and hugs took place. The fields were a little muddy from all the rains we've had lately, and it sprinkled throughout the entire game, but nothing could stop these little tots and their parents!

Tucker did really well! He was focused on the game, and even scored a goal. He showed his awesome ball control as he dribbled the ball from the half field mark all the way to the goal! He was SO excited, and had to come run over to his family to get high fives and hugs. Watching these 3 year olds celebrate a score is priceless.

Richard is a great coach. All of the kids just adore him, and I can see why, because he is so wonderful with them all. Tucker loves his daddy being the coach, and his daddy loves it just as much. Richard was on a high after the game, as he was so proud of the kids, and he was finally experiencing something he has always wanted to do- coach his kids' team!

Did I really forget to mention the GATORS victory? Yes, we won 10-4! YMCA doesn't start officially keeping score until the kids are much older, but you better believe the parents and coaches are staying on top of it. :) And I must say, that we had the best looking uniforms out there! I'm glad I was able to convince Richard of the lime green!

I can't get enough of my T's curls!

Momo and I wearing our GATORS shirts!

I love this little man so much.

Taking a rest during his quarter to sit out.

This beautiful rainbow appeared during our game!

Momo and her Tuck (two of his Star Wars characters had to come along to "watch" the game)!

That is the cutest little gator ever!!! How fun! He looks so precious out there on the field and I love the uniforms.

I love when Troy coaches, too. I think it means so much to the boys.

Great post and can't wait to hear and see more about his season!
