Macy Harper, 26 months

Macy is 2 years, 2 months old. She is a lovable MESS! She is a mommy's girl all the way. She lights up when she sees her daddy, but if she had it her way, she would be with me all.the.time. This summer we have been dealing with some serious separation anxiety. Since we feel that she really needs to get used to being away from those few she's used to, we are starting her in two day preschool this fall. She will be going to school with Tucker, which we felt might "ease" her fears a little bit. Hopefully she will find some comfort in knowing that he is just down the hallway.

Macy is definitely a strong-willed child. My mom gave me the book, The Strong-Willed Child, when Tucker was a toddler. Well...Macy is strong-willed times 10! At times I just have to throw my hands up and feel so defeated by this adorable little two year old monster. Ha! I can laugh about it right now, but parenting my two lovies is not a piece of cake.

Macy is still our champion eater. She basically eats anything that she's served-quite a big difference from her picky brother! She absolutely loves Barney and Elmo. Her favorite television shows are still Yo Gabba Gabba, Dora the Explorer, and The Upside Down Show. She is quite interested in books, drawing/coloring, and music and dancing. She can often be found carrying around her "purse" filled with the essentials like her phone, sunglasses, brush, and bracelets.
